These Terms govern use of our public website (ai3x.tech) and any associated marketing or informational pages. Use of the Orion platform itself is governed by separate enterprise licensing and service agreements entered into directly with AI3X.

Orion enables organisations to deploy governed AI agents, multi-agent workflows, digital assembly lines, and AI-native operational processes.

Access to and use of the Orion platform requires a separate enterprise agreement with AI3X Technologies. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to license the Orion platform. All platform deployments, pricing, SLAs, data processing terms, and security responsibilities are governed by the applicable enterprise contract.

Enterprises evaluating or deploying AI through the Orion platform are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, FCA, HIPAA as relevant to their sector).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, platform documentation, and software — is the property of AI3X Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The AI3X name, logo, Orion name, and associated product marks are trademarks of AI3X Technologies. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

14. Data Processing Clarification

AI3X Technologies does not process personal data on behalf of website visitors beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Any data processing activities related to the Orion platform — including the processing of enterprise customer data — are governed exclusively by the applicable enterprise agreements and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) entered into between AI3X and the relevant enterprise client. Website visitors should not assume that platform-level DPA obligations apply to their use of this website.

15. Evaluation and Beta Access

From time to time, AI3X Technologies may provide evaluation, proof-of-concept, sandbox, or beta access to certain features or capabilities of the Orion platform.
