Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use ai3x.tech, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we aim for, how we check the site, and how to tell us about a problem.
1. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We have not yet had the site assessed by an independent auditor, so we do not claim full conformance.
2. What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, starts with a “Skip to content” link and has a clear heading structure.
- Images have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour contrast in both the light and dark themes.
- The site follows your device’s light or dark setting, and you can switch theme from the header.
- Scrolling animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The Orion chat assistant can be used by keyboard (Enter sends, Esc closes) and its answers are announced to screen readers.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on narrow screens.
3. How we check the site
Every change is checked with automated accessibility tests (axe-core) against the WCAG 2.2 AA rules, in both themes and on desktop and mobile screen sizes. We also check key journeys by hand with a keyboard. Automated tests find only some problems, so we welcome reports from the people who use the site.
4. Known issues
We are not aware of any accessibility problems at the moment. Answers from the chat assistant are generated by AI and can occasionally be wrong; please check anything important with our team.
5. Report a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us through the contact form and choose “Something else”. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within one business day.
