Runbooks and service knowledge, answered before a ticket is raised.

What your risk and audit teams see

Every use case comes with the controls built in.

  • Cited sourcesEvery answer links back to the document, page or email it came from — or says it cannot find one.
  • Document-level accessDenied by default and mirrored from your source systems, so people only get answers from what they may see.
  • Human approvalSensitive steps wait for a named person to approve before anything is sent or changed.
  • Full audit trailEvery answer, agent run and approval is recorded — exportable for audit and AI-governance reviews.
  • Your environmentA dedicated, single-tenant instance in your cloud account or data centre.
  • Your models, your costsChoose commercial, open or self-hosted models, with spend tracked and capped by budget.
Where to start

Start with your runbooks and knowledge base.

A 30-day Enterprise Knowledge pilot for one team, on one knowledge area — reviewed on day 30. Then agents and workflows on the same foundation.

Your team asks

“How do I reset MFA for a user who changed phones?”

Answered from your own documents, with the source cited — only from what that person may see.
Getting started

Explore. Experience. Execute.

From first conversation to production — three steps, one platform.

  1. Explore 01

    Choose the use case

A short workshop to explore where AI pays back first: one process or knowledge area, and the systems it touches.

  2. Experience 02

    Prove it on your data

Experience Orion working on your own documents and rules, with quality scored — before you commit further.

  3. Execute 03

    Run it and expand

Put it into production, then add agents, workflows and more sources on the same foundation, module by module.

Questions buyers ask

Before you start.

Does our data leave our environment?

Orion runs as a dedicated, single-tenant instance in your cloud account or data centre. Your documents and indexes stay in your environment, and you choose which models are used — including self-hosted models where data must not leave your network.

How does Orion respect who can see what?

Access is denied by default and mirrored from your source systems, such as SharePoint, so each person only gets answers from documents they are already allowed to see.

Who approves what agents do?

You do. Sensitive steps wait for a named person to approve, and every answer, agent run and approval is recorded in an audit trail you can export for audit and AI-governance reviews.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

No. Orion works on top of email, SharePoint, ERP and core systems through APIs, events and MCP, and signs people in with your identity provider.

How do IT operations teams usually start?

With a 30-day Enterprise Knowledge pilot: one knowledge area from one source, a chat assistant for a named pilot group, and a success review on day 30. Agents and workflows follow on the same foundation.

Can you help us get it working?

Yes. Alongside Orion, our AI adoption & data services help IT operations teams choose use cases and get data ready, and forward deployment puts AI into one live process and stays until it delivers the result agreed up front.
